The main facility of Coastal Spine is located in Mount Laurel, NJ, in the heart of South Jersey and just minutes from Philadelphia. We also have satellite offices in Sewell, Galloway, and Toms River, NJ.
Coastal Spine is a Spine Center of Excellence that focuses on high quality and state of the art spine treatment. A commitment to uphold the highest standards of patient care has allowed for the group to become the largest spine only practice in South Jersey.
All Under One Roof
We are one of the only spine centers in the northeast to combine spine-specialized orthopedists, neurosurgeons and physical medicine physicians under one roof. The fellowship trained spine surgeons treat the most complex surgical cases with the most advanced instrumentation and spine surgery techniques available. Many cases are done through same day surgery and recovery time is minimal as they use incisions the size of a quarter. Treatment of conditions such as herniated discs, sciatica, fractures, stenosis, deformity, tumors and scoliosis are performed on a daily basis.
We Explore All Options
While surgery may be appropriate in some cases, all nonsurgical options are explored first so that the patients can get back to being pain free as soon as possible. The physical medicine and rehabilitation physicians and physical therapists also have the most advanced training in back and neck pain. Often, with all services under one roof, they are able to quickly return patients back to normal activity with only physical therapy or injection therapy, also allowing communication with a team approach.
At Coastal Spine, you’ll find:
- On-site physical therapy
- On-site nonsurgical procedures, including injections
- On-site diagnostic testing, including x-rays and EMG’s
Dedicated to Treating Spine and Joint Conditions
In cases where surgery is necessary, our spine surgeons perform minimally invasive surgery at our nearby dedicated spine surgery center or local hospital. We are a highly specialized practice. We see patients who are experiencing back, neck, and joint pain for the first time and patients who have tried other types of treatment and surgeries without relief. In all cases, we will strive to get you back to normal activity as smoothly and as soon as possible.
