I was in sooo much pain and discomfort that I couldn't take it anymore after going to Chiropractors and pain management and getting epidurals after epidurals that just didn't work I gave up. Then it hit me that I said maybe I need surgery, so that's when I found Dr Momi, let's just say that the pain is manageable now and no where near as distracting as before! Do yourself a favor if ya had enough and go see this wonderful staff at Coastal Spine and become a believer like myself......no regrets!!!

Dr. T. is great, he and entire staff put you right at ease. He’s done two different major surgeries one on my neck and one on my back. Recovery was tough, but he warned me sufficiently beforehand and I have no regrets; it was worth it.

Dr Momi took the time to go over everything, multiple times, so I completely understood what was going on and the next steps. He is being very thorough with the care I need. It’s nice to see a Dr make sure nothing is being missed by going through the elimination process before just assuming and having to put a patient into multiple surgeries.

This doctor LISTENS. Hard to feel good about a workers comp injury, not picking your own doctors. But this doctor hands down, is a godsend

Dr. Mark Testaiuti is the best for back surgery. I am 3 months out from surgery and no pain shooting down my legs. This Doctor didn't use pins, rods or plates for my back problem. He is an artist with a great bedside manner. I never thought I would be feeling the way I used to before my accident and back problems. If you ever need your back to feel better go see Dr. Mark Testaiuti!!!

Highly recommend Dr Dunn... Put me at ease and explained in detail the findings from my MRI. Listened to my questions and concerns. Going in I thought probably surgery, but he recommended PT for now and I had my 1st PT yesterday and dropped pain level considerably. First of all let me say I'm so pleased with this practice. I haven't felt complete in regards to the doctors I've been to in the last 2yrs. Dr. Testaiuti was so thorough and helped me understand not only that severity of my injuries but he also did not want me to go straight to surgery he wanted to try other ways to get relief as well as where the pain was as I was to the point of having a hard time getting out of bed let alone walking. He recommended a start with epidurals that's when I met Dr. Jarmain(pain mngmt) he too was through and made me feel comfortable as to where we were going to start from the office to the surgical center nothing about Dr. Jarmain changed he was great and talked to you with compassion and nothing about him all about the patient. If there was more stars I'd give them all. I'm a very happy patient. Im happy I took matters in my own hands and yes asked for fourth opinion.

What would otherwise be a stressful experience going to new doctors? For a first time experience with this office, I have to say it was a very stress-free comfortable experience. I feel the staff are very personable and knowledgeable and do everything they can to help you with any questions. So in my personal opinion the moment you walk through the door to the moment you leave, everybody was very accommodating, helpful knowledgeable, answered all, and any questions I may have had The doctor was very patient friendly, With an awesome bedside manner, It was a very pleasurable experience and I would have no problem with recommending this facility

I've been with the master for a year now. I've never felt more comfortable with any other doctor. His work is excellent.. I have a couple of issues as well. The first surgery has taken away the numbness from both legs. We're dealing with hardware issues now. He's honest and respectful... In short.. he's one of or the best surgeon I've ever experienced and know. I've been to a lot of orthos.. he's special.. big ups to doctor Larry Deutsch.. God bless him. I'll recommend him to anyone I meet . 5*****.

Dr. Momi is a great surgeon and very knowledgeable (top level) and concerned about your health and well being. I have been treating with him and other doctors at Coastal Spine for many years due to a progressive spine injury. I would add that he can be a little to conservative for my liking not realizing the pain levels that I experience (not due to his work) due to my condition. But he as most doctors are scared to prescribe high level pain medications. I believe this is due the abuse of the pharmaceutical industry and other doctors that have caused the opioid epidemic in our country. Sorry for the rant but some people need certain pain meds to make it through the day. (this rant I believe is truth). Also to note cetain doctors / surgeons can only prescribe certain medications for a predetermined time limit which I understand. Overall Dr. Momi and his PA's along with everyone else at Coastal Spine are top level and awesome to be treated by and are great with patient services if you have a spine disorder / injury.

My back/spinal issues are ongoing plus new things have cropped up along the way. Dr. Scholl had a follow-up appointment and gave me shots in both of my shoulders. I did have an adverse reaction. I felt weakness in my legs for a few days. I have since gotten stronger and am getting therapy as per Dr. Scholl.

I have chronic low back pain. I am very active and surgery is not an option that I would consider . Dr Jarmain and the staff keep me doing what I want to do . Everyone is very professional . It is obvious that everyone cares about you . I would especially like to mention Kim and Denise. They have both been there for a long time and I have had quite a bit of contact with them over the years . They both are very pleasant and make you feel that they really care . Not something you find to often these days . I highly recommend Dr Jarmain and his staff .

Everything was great except for the time spent waiting. My appointment was at 2 pm and I didn't get to see the doctor until 325 pm.

From my initial exam through my 6 month post op visit I could not be more satisfied with Dr Mark Testaiuti and the staff at Coastal Spine. I suffered a neck injury in a MVA that caused near constant pain and numbness from the right side of my neck through the shoulder and down my arm to the fingertips. Pain Management from another provider only gave short term relief at best. Funny thing a nurse that was assisting during a procedure recommended Dr. Testaiuti. After hearing about her injury, surgery, recovery and faith in Dr Testaiuti, I made an appointment. This was in my opinion a life altering event!!!! Dr Testaiuti reviewed all the imaging of my injury, gave me the options that I had, and recommended a cervical fusion as my best path back to a normal life. I followed his advice and had the surgery on four levels of my cervical spine. I can unequivocally state that meeting with Dr. Mark Testaiuti and having the prescribed surgery was the best possible decision I could have made. I am living pain and numbness free and enjoying the life and activity level I had prior to the accident. No pain killers, no pain management, and most importantly NO REGRETS. Dr Testiuti is the best surgeon I've ever met and most likely the best in his field!! Im writing this late since my surgery was in 2018. My wife and I where involved in a rear end crash when we were just waiting for traffic to clear. Well I ended up with a neck disc that was really damaged bad and needed surgery ASAP. I went and met Dr Testiuti in the Washington TWP. Office. Once I talked to him I noticed he knew what needed to be done. So I had my neck fused. Well I can tell you that Im so glad he did my surgery, to date I've never had any issues, its like I never had my neck fused at all!!! I can turn my head side to side futher then anyone I know!!! I did noticed that everyone of his patients in the office the same time I was in for my first visit was there for the same thing, other surgeon's work that was coming apart, screws loose, pins coming out to the point that I could see it pushing on the skin!! Well when I saw how many people were there for the same reason, repairing others work it kind of hit me that I was at the right place with right surgeon!! Sure enough 5 yrs later I'm so glad I was sent to him!! My physical therapist told me he's the surgeon that other surgeon's go to!!! Thank you Dr Testiuti for being my surgeon! I recommend you to anyone and everyone I know that needs this type of surgery!! You are in my opinion the best at what you do!!! He also did surgery on my wife that is also one amazing Story!!! Took prednisone according to taper schedule. Lumbar stability has improved. Pain still there but has lessened. Next step is to begin PT and then MRI's.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Scholl since I had spinal surgery years ago and my bones were noticeably soft during surgery. He is my osteoporosis specialist and now my numbers are reading normal in dexascan.
